Today the campers in the French program went on an excursion to Avignon! There, the campers experienced a showcase of arts and culture, and its annual theatre festival, known as the Festival of Avignon. We went on a wonderful guided tour of the palace of the popes, and afterwards walked through the beautiful streets to see the Pont d'Avignon, which is a famous medieval bridge in the town.
The campers in the river experience group had a wonderful day of mountain biking around the beautiful surroundings of the Ardeche! They stopped by a beautiful pond for lunch, and also had a chance to take a dip! The campers also made bracelets, and some even caught fish!
The campers are now looking forward to a relaxing night of movie watching, popcorn and drinks.

- Lunch: Packed picnic lunch
- Dinner: Barbeque: Turkey kebabs, hamburgers, salad buffet, donuts!
