We have an exciting day lined up here at VC Ardeche. After another delicious breakfast of fresh pain au chocolat straight out of the oven and tent inspection done and dusted the campers are all ready to start their activities for the day.
Our French programme campers are starting their day with a fun french class packed with hands on learning through games, activities and a collaborative project. After lunch will see them joining in with the River programme campers and they will have the choice to do either Arts and crafts activities involving t-shirt design, bracelet making and dream-catcher making or competing in the VC Olympics where there will 5 different stations for them to compete in including everyone's favourite - gaga ball.
Our River programme campers have the choice of an early wake-up to head of on an epic day of canyoneering involving cliff-jumping, natural rock-slides, abseiling and braving the cool waters of the gorge. Others will have the option of going on the scenic flag hike which involves them making their own flag hike to stake their claim upon reaching the summit. For those campers who want a more chilled out day there is also the option of a morning of playing board games and the Nintendo Wii and chilling out around camp. River programme campers will join forces with the French programme campers in the afternoon to do arts and crafts or compete for victory in the VC Olympics.
Tune in this evening to see all the photos from the fantastic day of activities.- Breakfast: Delicious fresh pain au chocolat with a selection of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt accompanied by a choice of orange juice and apple juice
- Lunch: Packed picnic lunch and salad
- Dinner: Scrumptious chicken arrabiatta served with pasta accompanied by a selection of greek salad and cous cous salad. Followed by a delicious dessert of chocolate eclairs.
