Day 3: Sunny Day, Stormy Evening
Buenas Noches!
My word, what a gorgeous day! Another hot, sunny day here in the Ardèche with lots of thick grey clouds in the evening to cool us all down. The temperature is getting cooler and the smiles are getting bigger.
After breakfast we went to the pool, on the river, and to the caves! After lunch our Advanced campers went on their Mini-Descent while the rest of us went out to the rest of nature! We are all diligently practicing our paddle strokes so we are ready for our fast approaching Grand Descent!

Today's Menu (short version)
- Breakfast: Cereal Medley, Fresh Bread, Assorted Yogurt, Fresh Fruit, and Mixed Fruit Oatmeal
- Lunch: Hand-crafted sandwiches and wraps followed by chocolate biscuits
- Dinner: Mint Quinoa Salad and Mixed Salad followed by Chicken Wings and Roasted Potatoes with Ardèche Mess for dessert (berries/cream)
- Subject to change. Vegetarian options always available.
