Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
Excursion Day!
Today the camp woke up to a beautiful breakfast of fresh croissants and after a sunny morning they packed their lunchboxes, put on their Village Camp shirts and got ready for a big day out!
The Yellows went to an exciting trip to a chocolate factory where they were taken on an interactive tour to learn the history behind some of Switzerland's most famous chocolate. They were also able to see the full process of chocolate-making and fill their pockets with free chocolate! After a picnic lunch they headed to the amazing city of Vevey for some shopping!
The Reds went to the Olympics museum to explore the history of the Olympics before heading to Laussane for some shopping and dinner. The Blues spent the morning at the Red Cross museum in Geneva, after which they headed out for a night of dinner and bowling.
The evening was movie time for the Greens, Reds and Yellows who got to relax and enjoy some popcorn with their friends to end an adventurous day of camp.
- Breakfast: Croissants, Cereal Buffet, Yoghurt, Toast, Fruit and Fruit Juices
- Lunch: Picnic lunch
- Dinner: Chicken/Vegetarian Curry with Rice / Pasta bar / Cake
