Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
New Faces, New Friends!
The second session of Village Camps, Summer 2023 has started, and we cannot wait to meet all the new campers!
As the Campers arrived, they met our Counsellors and played games such as Basketball, Football, Badminton, Table Tennis, and giant Connect-Four together, as well as getting creative and making their own personalized name tags!
Returning Campers flung themselves into each others' arms as they reunited after a year apart! Parents waved and kissed their kids goodbye as they parted with them for two weeks (Don't worry parents: your children are in great hands!)
After a first all-camp meeting and being introduced to the counsellors via our fun camp dance, our Campers were sorted into their colour groups, which will be their camp family while they are here! The groups played various ice-breaking and team-building games together as they got to know each other!
Now summer for the Campers has really begun! Adventure, sports, education and heaps of fun await them over the next two weeks! New friendships will be formed, skills learned, and life-long memories made here in the beautiful Swiss Alps!
We can't wait to post what the Campers get up to every day here for you to see! Take care and see you tomorrow!

- Dinner: Salad Buffet, Turkey Cordon Bleu (Veg: Veg Schnitzel) , French Fries, Broccoli, Pasta Station, Ice Cream
