Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland

Taco Tuesday

From the morning, Campers from the "Blue" team gathered around the fire pit, eagerly awaiting the morning's activity. Armed with flint and steel, they embarked on a journey to learn the ancient art of fire starting. Under the guidance of experienced counselors, the campers formed teams and worked together to create sparks and coax flames to life. It was a great opportunity for them to learn teamwork, patience, and the value of perseverance. The crackling fire became a symbol of their unity and newfound skills, as they roasted some tasty marshmallows as a reward.

After a hearty lunch of Tacos!!! it was time for the "Red" team to take on the sign up of different sport activities. One of them being Archery taught by our skilled instructor Naceur. Armed with bows and arrows, the campers honed their focus and concentration as they took aim at the archery range. Under the watchful eye, they practiced their stance, breathing, and aim. With each twang of the bowstring, arrows sailed gracefully through the air, hitting their targets with satisfying thuds. Laughter and friendly competition filled the air as campers cheered for each other's successes. For many, archery was a new experience, and by the end of the afternoon, they left with a sense of accomplishment and a newfound appreciation for precision and skill.

As the campers settled into their rooms for the night, tired but content, they knew that tomorrow would bring even more adventures and opportunities for growth. That's it for today, Goodnight.
