Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
It's A United Nations Day!
Our Greenies today came back from their exciting adventure at the mountain hut! After lunch, they headed for a session of mini-golf to have fun after a their demanding schedule! In the afternoon they competed in their Green Olympics!
In the morning, the Reds and the Blues joined forces for a photo scavenger hunt around the camp in Leysin! In the evening they separated for their separate activities. The Blues had a relaxing evening watching a movie, while the Reds got the chance to ice-skate at Leysin's ice-skating ring!
The yellows got up bright and early this morning for a high rope adventure! They braved the highs and lows of the rope course- whizzing over zip lines and venturing through mid-air obstacles. They were very brave, with many of them conquering a fear of heights. Everyone left the high rope venue with huge smiles on their faces, after an exhilarating and adrenaline fueled adventure. On the way to and from high ropes our Yellows entertained themselves by exchanging riddles and brain teasers!
In the afternoon, Yellows, Reds and Blues came together for the first part of our United Nations activities. Half of them moved down to the forest for an action-packed game of ''Capture the Flag'' while the other half stayed back to cook and prepare the skits they will be presenting tomorrow for our ''International Night''.
