Summer Camp LTC, Leysin
Looking Forward
Wow! Another session of LTC Leysin has reached its end. We have had a fantastic two weeks with inspirational speakers, fun and challenging activities, beautiful weather and opportunities to develop friendships that have the potential to last very far into the future. We've shared many laughs and stories and have gained insight into how to be the best leaders that we can be.
Our speakers have all shared their unique viewpoints and life experiences with us. It is now up to all of us as individuals to decide what will take from our time here and from what we have learned and apply it to our daily lives and our futures. The LTC experience has the ability to change our lives for the better if we open our minds and hearts, believe, find our joy and live life to the fullest while keeping close the lessons and leadership qualities we have learned while here in Switzerland.
Today we spent the morning and early afternoon at AquaPark near Montreux. Awesome weather, crazy waterslides and good friends led to great memories and a really fun way to spend our last day together. After returning to camp we spent a bit of time going over logistics, discussing the past two weeks, packing and writing letters to ourselves that will be mailed in one year's time.
After dinner we will be headed to Prafandaz, one of the most beautiful places in Leysin. We will build a campfire there, roast marshmallows, share stories and are pretty much guaranteed an awe inspiring sunset!
