Summer Camp Santa Cruz, Portugal
Paintball, Óbidos and a MURDER?
Welcome back to the daily check in of Village Camps Portugal!
Today we had an amazing day! The adventurers went to play some paintball (with softballs so it didn't hurt too much). We played a few different maps with different kinds of objectives and enjoyed ourselves a lot!
Our adventurers also got to try some high ropes courses! It might sound scary if you don't like heights but the campers who were scared quickly managed to overcome their fears and have so much fun up in the trees!
In the morning our surfers got so see the beautiful village of Óbidos and take a walk along the villages castle walls and enjoy the beautiful view of Portugal. After some picnic lunch and shopping they went back to Santa Cruz to get back in the water and back up on their surfboards again!
In the evening it was time for the campers to be detectives and solve a murder that happened at the Pousada. In this real life version of the game Cluedo they had to overcome challenges to get clues about which one of the counsellors who was the murderer, what weapon they used and where the murder took place.
When the case was solved it was time for bed to get some good rest for tomorrow's big excursion!
Quote of the day: Who ever shoots the most paint on a counsellor wins!
