Summer Camp VDC Geneva
It's Friday, the end of a fabulous week of camp!!
End of the week already? The temperature soared above 30 degrees, so most campers felt a little bit hot, but there was plenty of sun cream and water going around. Most groups stayed on camp with the specialists having many activities for them. The 5s sailed down the Lac from Coppet to Nyon on one of the majestic steam boats. Everyone else in mini camp stayed here, playing some brilliant games in arts and crafts, sports, gym and dance. The 7s had a fantastic day today, first going to the pool in the morning for a bit of a cool down session and then going bowling in the afternoon for a bit of competition. The 9s went to Signal de Bougy and played some mini golf, knocking the ball backwards and forwards trying to get it into the hole. The 8s stayed on camp but still had no less of a great time.
The seniors had an amazing time today, with the SA1s and SA2s going to the pool in the afternoon and having gym, dance and drama in the morning. SB1s and the SC1s made their very own boomerangs. They chose the shape, colours and design. By the end of the day they were throwing their boomerangs left, right and center. What a great end to a fantastic week. Have a nice rest over the weekend and be ready for some more fun on Monday!
