Dear parents and campers,
Welcome to Village Day Camp 2013, summer is finally here!
We have been working hard during the past week to prepare for the start of camp, and what a start it was. First we introduced all the counselors, played a game and sang a song before heading off in our groups to get to know each other. One of the benefits of going to camp is meeting other children and it is wonderful to see new friendships already developing.
Our 'Special Day' theme on Friday 19 July is 'Around the World with Village Camps' and we look forward to meeting parents that afternoon. We will remind you next week about what time to come to camp and how to get here.
In the meantime please check in every day to see pictures and news from camp.
