We had a Fantastic Grande Descent!!!
The campers and staff had a most memorable 2 days on the Ardeche River! The overall energy and great spirits of the campers was a joy for the staff to witness over the past two days. It was definitely a wonderful culmination of these past two weeks.
On the first day of our adventure down the beautiful Ardeche, the campers enjoyed seal launches which involves 5-6 campers sitting together in a yellow boat and sliding into the water. We also paddled down some very fun and exciting rapids such as: Whirlpool, Madeleine, and Crusher!
We enjoyed an unforgettable 2 days working hard with our paddling partner while making fantastic memories, from the beauty of the natural reserve Des Gorges De L'Ardeche, setting up camp and having a barbeque and finally sleeping under the stars. The experiences that we had working hard together and having fun will be cherished in our memories for a lifetime!
- Breakfast: Fresh bread, jam, nutella, assortment of cereals, yoghurt, orange juice, fresh fruit
- Lunch: Packed picnic lunch
- Dinner: Lasgna, salad buffet, and ice cream for desert!
