AM News:
We are all sad to wake up here on our last full day in the Ardeche but we are determined that it's going to be a great one.
After a scrumptious breakfast and a thorough tent inspection our River programme campers were all set to head off on morning activities. We have some campers who have headed off for one final climbing session while others have hit the road and to go cycling in Vallon Pont d'Arch for the morning. We also have one group who have opted for the more chilled out in grounds activities consisting of some yoga, team building in the river and reflection time.
Our French programme campers are busy with their final french class putting the last touches on their performances this evening in the talent show and finishing up their french projects.
After lunch we are all grouping back up together for the final VC Challenge of the session which will see campers compete against each other in a hilarious, exhilarating and gruelling obstacle course involving cliff-jumping, bobbing for apples, biking and much much more...
This evening we will all be dressing up in our finest for our special leaving dinner which our Chef is busy preparing right now. After dinner we will have our camp talent show where lots of campers have signed up to showcase all the talents they have to their friends and create that lasting special memory.

We have rocked and we have rolled! It's hard to believe that another session of camp has come and gone, and I can't help but thank every camper and every staff for such a great summer! Everyone brought such inspiring attitudes to camp this year, bringing such joy and enthusiasm into our adventure. I have seen so many people conquer their fears, encourage others and come together as one big VC Ardeche family!
This summer was one hot sunny day, not only because of the weather but also because of the smiling faces and the energy that everyone put into every moment. I will cherish this summer as one of growth for all of us, for one of making new friends and growing everlasting connections, for old friendships blossoming into such special relations, and for all the new adventures we got to share!
Thank you all for the laughs, the magic and the memories, you guys rock!

- Breakfast: Delicious fresh croissant with a selection of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt accompanied by a choice of orange juice and apple juice
- Lunch: Packed picnic lunch and salad
- Dinner: To start we have the delectable Ardeche salad followed by a delicious confit du canard served on a bed of amandine potatoes and peas. For dessert, to cleanse our palettes, we will enjoy a frozen lemon and orange ice-cream.
