Summer Camp VDC Geneva

17th July 2013

We are gearing up towards Special Day!

We have had another great Village Camps day. Today it was the turn of the 5s to go off campus all day and they spent the morning at the indoor pool having lessons and splashing around. Then in the afternoon they spotted as many different animals and birds as they could. Apart from trips to Nyon pool for the 8s and SB1 and bowling for SA2 and SC1, everyone stayed on campus. This morning, the 8s were certainly giving Erik the run around in their game of capture the flag and the 4s were getting creative by making frogs with paper plates in mini Arts & Crafts. In the afternoon in music, Lucy had the 7s singing a fun old pirate song to get them practicing their skills for combining rhythm and movement. Everything is falling into place for Friday where the fruits of all the work of the last two weeks will be on show for all to see. The weather looks like it will turn by tomorrow afternoon so 4s, 6s and Seniors should have waterproof jackets and appropriate footwear, just in case.
