Summer Camp VDC Geneva
8th August 2013
Action-packed rainy day at Camp
With the damp weather, we mostly stayed on campus today. SB1 went to the Natural History museum in Geneva and the 4s, 5s and 7s went to the indoor pool at
Bassins to get some lessons from the swimming specialists.
Mini camp was used for sports again today and the groups in the morning played different variations of the game of tag. In music the children were getting
familiar with the songs for next week whilst practicing some rhythm exercises and playing on the keyboards. In Drama they played different role playing
games whilst in Dance Maham showed them some new moves to add to their routine. In mini arts & crafts the 6s made some dreamweavers out of paper plates
and string. In Gymnatics they were practicisng their somersaults from the springboard and were doing very well!
The good news is that the good weather will return tomorrow and it will stay cool for most of the day.
