Summer Camp Zell am See, Austria
Do-Re-MI! Welcome to Salzburg!
Today our campers visited the city of Salzburg. Our red and yellows campers started off by visiting Hellbrunn Palace. Built in the 17th century, this Austrian treasure has enchanted and amazed its visitors with its trick fountains. At the same time, our blue campers started their day by exploring the Mirabel Gardens. The beautiful palace, along with its gardens is a listed cultural heritage monument and part of the Historic Centre of the City of Salzburg UNESCO World Heritage Site. After the visit to the palaces, our campers had time to do one of their favourite holiday activities... Shopping time! They had time to explore the different shops that the center of Salzburg has to offer, we hope they bought some gifts for all the family! In the evening activity, our oldest campers spent the night playing bowling and pool. The red campers tested their knowledge in a Trivia Night, and the young yellows took part in mini-competitions for Egg-streme Games. See you tomorrow for more fun!
